Three out of four women say sexism is a problem at work. You’ve probably experienced it yourself, or seen it affecting colleagues. WE say this has to end. All employers should adopt a zero tolerance approach to workplace discrimination and sexism. 

But the government has upped the charges for taking your boss to court for discrimination to more than £1000. These fees send a message to bad employers that it’s ok to treat female employees worse than male ones.  

The government seem to think women are just making up claims about discrimination and don’t need access to justice. 

WE can force them to change their mind by working together. Now is the time to speak out. By proving sexism and discrimination really do happen we can force change.
