Equality and diversity

The Women's Equality Party stands against discrimination in all forms. We are an intersectional feminist organisation and for us that means both our goals, and our approach to achieving them, have to be informed by an understanding of the different ways that inequalities manifest for women. We strive for this by constantly challenging ourselves, and by working to make our movement and campaigns as diverse and inclusive as possible.

What staff say about us

'Being a part of a multi-talented, agile and supportive team is a pleasure - on top of that, working at WE has given me the privilege of campaigning alongside brilliant activists who care passionately about equality and give their time and energy to achieving it.'

'It's not at all what you would imagine working at a political party is like. We have a lot of fun working closely on creative campaigns and always looking for new and innovative ways to make a difference. A day is never dull at the Women's Equality Party.'

'As a woman returner, working at the Women's Equality Party has given me a new purpose. I am thrilled to work for a cause I believe in so passionately. My confidence has grown and my children are proud that their mum is back at paid work.'
